Just checked and have to special order. $17 at Advance and $24 at autozone. So basically the relay is stuck and letting current through it at all times? I don't see any other relays that are exactly the same just to plug and play. The buzzer quit so it has to be the culprit. Much thanks!!!

Installed new relay. Rechecked with buzzer and nothing. Looks like I got it whooped. I truly appreciate your guys' time and advice. Priceless. Thx. Mike.

Yep! How much you think a shop would've charged if they were good enough to even be able to troubleshoot it? I know I was getting aggravated but I knew I was on the trail lol.

Default I'll tell my neighbor.

The guy who lives opposite me has a similar power draining problem, I'll tell himto check out his antenna too.
Thanks for letting us know what you found
Roger.

You don't even want to know what a ship would charge. electrical problems run high. You learned a lot here, and it saved you a ton of cash. The best part about working on the same type of car all the time is you really learn the ins and outs. That'* why I pointed you to the relay. Almost like I've seen that problem before.

Mike, I finished up the amp draw today, added a 4 amp fuse also (thanks for the warning)

I still need to make the connection ends for the detecter, I shoved it all in a plastic flashlight I was going to pitch, works well but I wish it was alittel louder.
