This is the 2 pictures of the master cylinder i had my son take so maybe you could tell me I dont see a brake booster behind the master cylinder.
So do i have a nightmare on my hands here or is this something thats been seen before?

This is the car with all of its 50 thousand miles on it

Did you check to see if the parking brake is fully retracted or in the full up position. Sometimes, when you release the foot/parking brake, it won't come all the way up and shut that light off.

When you first turn the key on, does the ABS light come on, and then go out, not come on at all, or stay on?
Are you noticing any other issues? Noises, improper ABS engagement, etc?

first answer to the e brake pedal is the pedal is all the way up.
second answer
the light comes on after your driving from what he discribes i would say when it gets to operating temp.
remember the car is in camp lejeune with my son and i am in florida so answers might take a bit

I sent him to mineake thinking ok they should be able to fix this ........well they said the brakes on your car look great everythings fine as far as we can tell......but....we dont know anything about that abs system and cant fix the light but we can replace it for $1000 bucks
the fluid is fine
i told him it looks like they made a mess and to clean that off so we can see if theres a leak .

he said it the light comes on as soon as you start the car sometimes but always after you drive a little bit
the pedal is firm and to panic stop you have to really push it hard
