Default fuel leak

Hi everyone, I have a 99 cutlass, 3.1 v6. I have had small a antifreeze leak for a while so I decided to fix it, new gaskets, upper and lower plenum, everything went ok until I put the fuel rails back on, the return line leaks bad, with the line nut tight I can move the return line in and out a 1/4 in. I would think that with the nut tight the line shouldn't move or leak, what am I missing??
