Throttle position sensor (TPS) replacement
Locate your TPS on the side of the throttle body.
The unplug the sensor by lifting on the tab and then wiggle and pull the plug, do not pull on the wires.
You will need a torx drive with the hole in the center.
There are two screws holding the sensor in place, one on top.
And one on the bottom.
Once the screws are you the TPS will come right out.
Now put the new sensor in. Start with the holes a little clockwise like this.
Then rotate the sensor counterclockwise to line up the holes. Replace the screws and put the sensor plug back on.
