    Hi Justin,
I'm hoping to have money finally at end of next week so I can order to rear window assembly from e-bay. I also have another issue that has rece ntly presented itself. I get up to abut 48 mph and the car rumbles. It goes away once I'm gliding at about 60 mph. The other thing I noticed today is I was up in Livingston area and driving up a steep road and the car found it more difficult than usual to make it. Any clues? I don't know if it's an alignment issue or something more serious. Once again, help!! I hope you and your family weathered the storm okay and didn't have any damage. I was very lucky. Lots of scattered leaves and branches but nothing more. Dolores

I'm sure you remember you fixed my rear passenger window that was off track. Believe it or not, now my passenger side one is off track. I don't know whether you need a new piece or can revive the old one that's on or if there's a way I can tell you. The lever moves the window but it won't go up all the way and when I slide it up, it eventually slides down a little. What to do, my friend??

I received the Rock Auto parts so just let me know when you're available to replace my shocks.

It's the rear shocks unless you think I should also do the front. The one that definitely needs replacing is rear passenger side.

Hi Justin, Hope you, your family, gal and pooch have a great 2011!! I have a new happening with my Bonnie. There's a slight hesitation occasionally when I change gears. I don't know if it's anything to worry about but would love your input.

Thanks so much, Justin. You did a great job. Maybe we can do the brakes at the beginning of November? You say when. I can do it anytime after the 29th. I checked into the recall info for the 2000 Bonneville and there were only two and neither had anything to do with the steering column. I think Bill or maybe the Pontiac people told me it was nothing to worry about but just a nuisance. However, if you think it's not a tremendous job to fix then maybe you'd like to take a shot at it. Not to worry if too much of a job as I can live with it. Again, thanks for doing all the work on my car.
