    Hey Dan just changed my lower intake gaskets and the plenum on a gm 3.8 and now it won't start acts like it it is flooding on fuel can unplug injectors and it starts for a second ran fine before plenum broke thanks Ed Pratt

    Hey Dan hows it going, happy new year! I got this tread i started and i wondering if i can get your input on it. Its under the 92-99 pontiac bonneville section, jus started today. Its called ticking noise. Thanks would really apreciate it.. aw, and have you heard of a conversion on the rear drums to disc on the 1995back modle?

    I wanted to say thanks for the helpful advice on getting the Harmonic Balancer installed. I did find a few burs and removed them but I still had to use the installer to get the HB further down the crankshaft. I got it about ninety percent installed and I then use my friends electric impact to finish installing it. After all said and done with replacing the timing cover gasket, the timing chain and getting the HB replaced with a new crankshaft sensor it has really help add a little more power at the pedal with also fixing the antifreeze leak I did have coming from the timing cover.

    Hi Dan,
    A quick few questions on your "Installing a shift kit. 4t65-hd transmission" post. I see you only installed the spacers, yet the kit looked like it came with some springs and other items. The transgo sk4t65e is what some have posed to use, but it looks like there are a lot of other parts you didn't use. Could you tell me the one you used or would recommend? This is all new to me! Also the the metal bracket that can fall out (that you refer to on the passenger side, it doesn't seem obvious in your picks (which makes me nervous to do this) will it be more clear when I get it apart? Thanks...your support here is awesome!!
