Hey man its Brian with the 95 bonneville I got the problem fixed. It was the ground to the fuel pump that was shorting everything out. Can you believe that? How I found it was definately an accident what i did was run a toggle switch to the fuel pump and grounded it and everything started working dont even need the toggle switch boy am I lucky
