You don't need all that herbal extract stuff that just dehydrates you as it fills you intestines with water. Metamucil Orange (Methyl Cellulose) and oatmeal twice a day for a week cleans/straightens my gut out everytime. At the cost of a couple firm oh craps! a day.

yeah laugh it up steve as im sitting here can only eat with the far left corner of my mouth cuz my lip/stiches kill and so do my teeth now...I had pretty good teeth considering most of my moms fam got dentures by the time the were 30....Now they all crooked..make me look even more hilbilly...and it burn to smoke a cigarrette
