What was your first job. I am wanting to get a job to make a little extra money this summer. I have a pretty demanding summer basketball program at my school, so its part time only. Any suggestions or places to look?

When my schedual only permitted part time employment I worked at Zellers basically, Canadian version of Target, Stocking and stuff like that.
Those jobs are generally pleantiful.

Worked as a semi-secretery at a small computer company called World wide computers.

Where do I work now (25 years later)........for the same company only we are owned by Circuit City (here in Canada) now!

my first job was a part time agroculture job when i was 14.

i picked tobacco. after that... nothing feels like work.

Lifeguard at a hotel when I was 16. awesome job cause I got to read and do school work since not many people used it

farm hand at age 8 learned to drive about that age after that paper boy and then food service till now

retail was my frist job... lol worked at a sears for a year, then went to a best buy. then jc penny, then a Electrical Wholesaler... for almost 5 yers... and now at acircuit city back in retail...

Paper boy. Was actually pretty cool because all I has was one apartment complex. Total walk was less than a mile but I made pretty decent money and good tips.
