Then you've got to try bacon wrapped scallops! Yum!

Tried this several times. Never quite worked well enough. It always dripped too much, even on low heat, and flared up the entire grill, or it took too long compared to deep frying in bacon grease in a pan. It does taste better when it does turn out well though.

I'm leaving pork and fast food served by immigrants alone. Remember them telling us pork is longer a problem? Guess again. Seems illegal aliens have hitchhikers. Hope the one who passed you the bag of Double Bacon Chesseburgers washed his hands.....

I learned a new way to cook fish on the grill.

Rip off a piece of paper bag. lay it on the grill. light the grill, keep flames low, temp below 142 degrees F. lay fish skin side down on paper. time depends on thickness. when done, take paper out with fish on it still. flipp over on to plate. skin will stick to paper and peel right off the fillet. will be perfectly cooked. Ultra moist, flavorful and flaky. Enjoy

I've been grilling bacon for a long time now. Since I was about 10 I'd say. There is no better way to do it. The way to do it that gets you best flavor is to build a campfire and lay a grill grate over the fire. Lay your bacon on the grate and cook it over the open fire. The wood smoked flavor it adds is AMAZING!!

Now if we could find a way to grill eggs sunny side up. That would be the BOMB!

I've done this too. Over a campfire. Took some aluminum foil to make a tray, and sprayed it with PAM. Crack eggs onto tray, then cook the eggs.
