ahhhhh, I don't have any hot and cold spots on my grill...... three burners, seperatly controlled..... ceramic coated grilling surfaces.... two levels to cook on... no heat regulation problem there
PLUS, I can regulate the heat with a turn of a ****... you have to lift up the grill to regulate hot and cold spots with charcoal
Now, before we get too carried away with this whole charcoal vs. gas thing I will say that I do like the flavor that charcoal brings out.... although only slightly. Sometimes I don't even know the difference.
