Paypal was SIX DAYS to disburse money from BillBoost to my checking account so I could pay Chris Miller for the fuel injectors for Bill. And it wasn't my bank. They GOT the request on the 6th day.

Well, I called PayPal, said that they are updating the system on eBay. Trying to work the system....
