I know. they tore down my mom'* church from childhood, and they have tried to tear down a couple other places here.

Yeah, Zais does make a valid point, bit it seems like one of those things that is only enforced when someone is out to get somebody. We are hoping they grant unemployment. If they don't, daddy is gonna be annoyed .

Here I think it has to be approved by the former employer

She should be able to have an unemployment hearing with her store manager, DM, and LP.

Welp, she got approved for unemployment, because they couldn't prove she stole anything. Which I think makes the situation funnier. Dad'* garnishment is coming to an end shortly. I am finally figuring out how to live on my own and budget right <lets just say the first month didnt go so well, and i am still pulling myself out of the hole. > life is starting to look up. Hoping to get a job in local IT. Chances look good. Life is looking better. Looks like it may be a sign of better times to come.

But dad'* car is still making noise :(

He says that it is a tensioner, I dont think so, I believe that it is coming from the top end. And it is getting worse. :(

Sorry to hear that, but I wouldn't put it on Walgreens but the management at that store. Did you stop to think that this is the fault of the person that accused your mom? Maybe they actually stole some jewelry, and noticed she didn't check her bag on the way out so they used her as the scape goat in case the jewelry was found missing.
