E-mail notification is not working...
First off, great forum guys. I am trading up from a Dodge Intrepid to a 2001 Bonneville SSEi and was very glad to see a site for the Bonnies like there is for the Intrepid (www.dodgeintrepid.net). Anyway, I have the option checked for e-mail notification when a reply is posted, but I have yet to receive a single e-mail. I have checked my e-mail address and everything seems right. I can't figure it out. Can you give me some insight into why it'* not working?
Everything here is very similar to how it was setup on DI.net and I have been an active poster on that site since it'* inception back in '00 so I have been around forums for awhile. Please let me know what I am doing wrong...

Yes, yes and yes.
Everything seems to be in order, but I still get no notification... It is very odd and must be something very simple that I am overlooking.

ok.. sent you a PM.. so you should at least get a notification for that.. providing you have that feature on.. that can determine if it'* the email addy or not.. I sometimes have screwed up my email addy since I typed it so many times and simply don't give it a second glance.. if that don't work.. you can bug Jim.. heehehehehehee..

And the WINNER is....
Twister97. See I knew it had to be something simple. I switched my e-mail address over to my road-runner address and everthing started working. I need to go into my yahoo account and make these e-mails safe to pass through their junk mail filter.
Thanks for the help!

You know, I should have looked there. I now remember having to do the same thing with Yahoo! mail back when DI.net started, but it is often hard to remember things that you did 3-4 years ago and I'm only 25!
