13 year old boys must be different now than when I was that age.

that reminds me of my step son who lived with us for 6 months last year. 15 years old.
stole 2 checks and forged them to pay for an i-pod and used our debit card info to get a membership on a **** site ! needless to say he doesnt live here anymore !!

That alone in itself deserves some big consequences for a kid.
