C'mon guys, get in shape for your healths sake. Look at Jared the sub guy.
Someday you may want to actually run, play, ride bikes with your children without going to the ER afterwards.
Winter officially ended and I am in my best shape since high school. I am wearing 32" waist pants again, 170 lbs 5'11". I am going for the Ty Pennington look minus the hair.
Yea, don't pick on overweight people unless they wear animal skin singlets....

I've walked in her shoes just not at the same weight mind you and know that
society is cruel.
A little over 2 years ago i was at 289 lbs now i'm at a healthy 170 lbs
at 5'7
People shouldn't care what other people think of them cause by doing so
you make them matter to you and they just aren't worth it
