Don't use that 3rd point, it isn't consistent with your story at all. If he was in the wrong lane, you don't want to hypothesize that he was in the right lane and hit you at excessive speed (which would mean it'* your fault for failure to use caution). Just stick to your guns that he was in the wrong lane, since it'* your only redeeming point.

The witness in your case is probably the other driver.
I agree with chr0mius, if you had a stop sign and the other driver didn't, you are at fault. Not likely you're going to beat that ticket. The only way would be if the other guy shows up to court and admits he was in the wrong lane and going excessively fast.
When you are stopped at a stop sign you have the responsibility to make sure your path of travel is clear before you proceed. You only hope is to convince the judge that the other car was going fast enough that it was too far away to be a threat when you pulled out and that his high rate of speed was the cause of the accident. But since you were only 10 feet from the stop sign, that'* going to be difficult.
I just found your diagram from you previous thread. It looks like you are at fault.

And about that whole "sticking it to the man" concept; When you grow up and start to pay taxes you will realize that the cost of civil servants is coming out of your pocket just the same as everyone else'*. So you are only sticking it to yourself.

Well, there is a bit of gray area there, but they probably would have ruled against you.
The best you could ever hope for was a no-fault, and you got it.
Congratulations, but remember, ALWAYS expect the other guy to do the absolute stupidest possible thing, and you'll be right at least half the time...the rest will be a pleasant surprise...
