The firing order on a 60-degree V6 is 1-2-3-4-5-6 (pretty convenient eh?)
If the coils are in pairs, the 1-4, 2-5, and 3-6 would be the coils and their plugs.

One other note... your labeling of the cylinders is reversed.
The 60-degree V6 is one of the few engines where the passenger side bank is closer to the front of the motor than the driver side bank. As a result, the cylinders in your photo closest to the radiator are the 2-4-6 bank and the cylinders towards the firewall are the 1-3-5
The diagram is right on the money. I took a stroll outside and looked under the hood of the '94 Camaro (Vin * 3.4L) It'* coil packs are in the same order as the diagram

You know you could just walk into a parts stoe that has Car Manuals and turn to that page and take a quick pic
