Kinda funny, I was in the Marines at the time. Local organizers realized they would have broken sections through Memphis, and called the Corps for help. They sent a bunch of us out.

There were really dozens of open sections all accross the country. It was never a full link.

I remember that, Me my mom & 2 sister were in line at 87th & indiana. As we held
hands I just kept waiting 4 something 2 happen. Then it was over!
