Anyone else have problem with their broadcom driver for wireless? Found the fix here and it'* a simple one: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Wi...0STA%20drivers

Now I just need to figure out the multi monitor issue.

PS: Install HoN on here for ***** and giggles to see how it plays compared to Windows. The first thing I noticed is it installed instantly. I was like.... wtf.. did it even do anything? Performance in Linux is much better on my laptop than in Windows.

Are you using 64 bit or 32?

I always run the 32bit because of better support.

Did you click on Install or Test Drive?

I don't think Test Drive is enabled by default (apt-get install qtnx), but after seeing it in action, that could easily be a killer feature if it came out of the box.

I run 32-bit as well and in 10.04 I seem to remember having to install a 64-bit kernel underneath to get it to recognize all my memory. 11.04 32-bit seems to natively recognize all my memory

I don't recall seeing a Test Drive Button, although I guess I wasn't paying much attention. I just ran the HoN.sh file and all the sudden up popped a nice gui interface, clicked install and boom it was done.

Very cool. I'm going to try Fedora with Gnome3. From the screenshots, Unity and Gnome3 look a lot alike.

That driver covers a wide variety of chips so I figured it would come in handy for someone. I'm glad it ended up being that easy and not the more complicated fixes I was seeing everywhere else.
