I usually just try to make sure I take no naps, the go lay down and read a book about an hour before I want to be asleep. If I absolutely can't sleep, a shot of NyQuil or one tylenol PM will help me get to sleep.

I go to bed around midnight or 1 and wake up at 6:30am, so I get about 6-7 hours of sleep every night... I can live with that
I usually take a Sunday afternoon nap every other week or so to catch up if I'm feeling tired. (I used to make fun of my parents for doing that, but I finally get it )

I really think the only fix would be to get up early for a few days in a row. Then you will be tired so you will go to bed sooner. It will probably take a good couple of weeks though.
Course, being married and having kids worked for me. Now I can barely stay up past 11

Turn 50 years old. Your eyes will slam shut as the sun dips over the horizon in the west, then pop open when the sun rises in the east. That'* what Archon tells me, anyway.
