I think he was the one being "assaulted" Dan. As I mentioned earlier, this isn't new. It was going on in my schools 40 years ago. But the end of the story of kids vidoetaping it, the teacher knowing about it and allowing it are over the top.

Haha, it'* sad, but that is how most sexual issues are resolved. The guy goes to jail or gets penalized in some way, even if it was consensual, the girl lied about her age, or they are dating.
