It took me awhile to figure it out. Open up a Youtube video in it'* own window/tab and copy the web address at the top of your browser. Then when you reply, go "to advance" reply at the bottom of the page. Above the text box will be a youtube button click it or type [ YT][/YT ] - remove spaces

Then put the web address of the youtube video in between ][.
Example, [YT ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bkzp7Gp2kEU[ /YT] - remove spaces

[yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bkzp7Gp2kEU[/yt]
