there'* a lot going on in that engine, and it'* brand new, so i dunno. I wouldn't buy one, they're still a $12k car with a turbo.

Who knows how long that tranny lasts with that turbo. I'd be worried.

Produced at the Belvidere (Ill.) Assembly Plant, the Dodge SRT-4 offers a $19,995 sticker ($20,495 in 2004) and a blisteringly fast alternative to the Civic Si and SVT Focus.

My point was, it'* still a cheap neon, with a not so nice interior, but turbo'd up to 200 HP +

I know they cost $20k.

The only plant on earth that pumps out the Neons is 20 minutes north of me in Belvidere and there is a real following of the SRT-4 growing. Hell the Neon autocross test course is a great show off at the Mopar shows they have in the plant car shows every summer. I like the car, I like it alot. Reminds me off the old 80'* turbo'ed Dodge'* that simply FLEW (Daytona IROC R/T, GLHS, Sprint R/T, etc). This is no car to laugh at, unless you're laughing that you just ran a 13 second quarter in a Neon.

I was driving along side of one the other day... and we both dropped it.... when he shifted... well their BOV is LOUD I like them... their front fascia differentiates them from the rest of the crowd, pure buisness.
