Ya, it was. If my house was in the next county over, the value would be 2x as much. Sometimes, the little towns or being in the country is a lot cheaper (house wise) then the more populated counties or areas.

I agree with that..The two ive bought have been more for less money as compared to city..not like id live in the city anyway

ok... so ive offically found the honey hole for renters. all these are about the same distance from hobart that they are from indy... bout 90 min commute.

you dont wanna be where i live lol
i recently moved out me and my bro, i rent an older condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms we pay 2500 plus bills and utilities.

i would never spend more than a 1000 a month on an apartment ever.. unless it was fully furnished and all utilities included.. that is just ridiculous

well right now we arent planning on gong higher than 800. thats what we pay now for a freakin 725 square foot 1 bedroom. the 725 includes the huge *** balcony that can only be used half a year lol. so all these 4 bedroom houses for 600 in Lafayette are a welcome change lol

that sounds good ijust dont believe in spending that much when you could get a house for way cheaper
