WTF! So they're still going to prosecute him? They don't even know what speed he was going. They can't get him for 406mph.

Maybe he would have been better off driving an Altima 2.5

Maybe there was a bird that was hit by a jet that flew infront of the radar gun at that Exact moment. yeah..... that'* gotta be it.
