Every Friday evening for 2 hours and then Saturday for 4 hours, I work for the Pet Vaccination Clinic, http://www.petvacclinic.com. I also took a road trip of maybe over 100 miles to visit a few towns and cities on Friday right before I left to go to the first clinic. After Friday'* clinic, I saw Iron Man for the first time. It'* a superior comic book movie adaptation, absolutely.
Then I went to an Indy Club Grand Prix (IndyCPG.com) meet and saw a ton of really cool cars. I again didn't have the communal digital camera. The cars there are awesome. Some guy is running a 5% overdrive harmonic balancer, a 2.8" pulley, and an intercooled Gen 5 M90. It'* awesome. He has a custom candy blue paintjob inside and out, in every nook and cranny.
Then i found out my dog was run over. That is a shame.
I noticed my 99'* gas pedal was sticky, so I figured the throttle plate was really filthy. I took off the throttle body and cleaned it to a fine shine. New gasket, too. Some plastic vacuum tubes cracked by way of throttle body removal, so I rerouted some vacuum lines. I also detailed that engine and again wished I had my digital camera. Additionally, the SLE has now had a clay bar treatment with some wax and several washings. Soon after, I went through mud and rain. I'm washing and waxing again tomorrow, hopefully.
I looked over the weird exhaust tip mounting method I have in mind, and I found I could do it even more easily if I just spend a bit of time with the tips and my 24" vice grips. As soon as I find the camera, they're going on.
Overall, aside from the dog getting run over, it'* been a fine weekend. Probably most productive was that porch job. Nicely done, Dan!

My brother graduated from college so I had family starting to trickle in Friday evening. Saturday night I went out to a bar and had some brewskis and some Pizza with friends. Went back home and had more brewskis.
Somewhere in there I lost my only set of keys for my '88 BLT
So today I swapped in a new ignition cylinder (needed a new one anyway as the last one was broken), drank another brewski, napped, went over my g/f and had dinner and now I'm here.

I had planned to either begin to port the LIM or finish the Hood vents...neither was accomplished as I had a long night Friday night and didn't do much on Saturday except watch the race. Then Sunday I found a pool in the trunk again, so I had t tend to that. :?

We also saw the Narnia movie. Highly recommend it.
Went garage saleing on Sat morning then to the garden center in the afternoon. Planted the vegetable garden after tilling it in the morning.
Picked up a pot roast and potatoes and did a rotisserie on both items. It was Mr. Delish. Finished a movie later that night.
Sunday was off to church then planted some day lilies in the front yard. Started to rain so I cleaned the garage and ran some errands. Chickens on the rotisserie for dinner. Watched Surfs up with my son then it was time for beddey by.
