mine are about 3 years old. car has lived outside since i bought it (and the blades) in winter of 2010. they are rain-x latitude blades. i have also used rain-x washer fluid since i bought the car. the magical rain-x juice seems to condition almost any blades without touching them.

Ya Jason those latitude rain x look interesting wide and durable for winter.Rain-X LatitudeŽ Wiper Blades - Rain-X
They look similar to the Trico ice TRICO IceŽ: Extreme Winter Wiper Blades | TRICOŽ Windshield Wipers
I once before have used the Trico chill that had the rubber shielding and even tho the blades were really good in snow, that rubber shielding broke down quickly and made for an unsightly mess in the chill series.

So the wife comes to me a couple of days ago and says "my car is making a bad noise I think we should trade it in", we'll let me at least take a look at it dear. This is what was making the terrible noise.

Looks split but it is the heat shield on top of the exhaust pipe.

had to work on the inlaws ram today, every time i work on that thing its something else them something else, digging deeper and deeper. what started as a " i hear a noise" turned into a two day four corner brake, axle seals, gashed cv, seized brake hardware, etc.
