main reason i cant stand foregin cars. they are built well, and are almost easier to work on than my buicks. but the seats are ALWAYS crap. designed for a 5 foot tall asian man weighing 110 lbs. lauren had a 2002 civic coupe before the imp. the thing had such terrible seats that even my 5 10" 180 lb frame was sitting ON TOP of the side bolstering. ontop of that, at only 110,000 miles, the bushings in the seat went, and when you stopped you rocked forward and when you took off you rocked back. damn thing gave ya whiplash driving in the city!
got $5200 for it when it got totaled at 155k.... so i guess it held its value better. lol

well, i went out and fixed the new park ave. yesterday i was getting ready to leave for work and i hit the auto down button. i heard a loud pop. looked over and the top of the rear part of the window was now in the center. pulled it up by hand and took the old car. took it apart today armed with some window clips, as i figured thats what broke.
nope! the bolt that holds the short track on the regulator decided it didnt like being attached anymore. so the shorter track (that controls the front half of the window) was hanging there and the arm that goes in it was out. re tapped the little aluminum block that goes into the track that keeps the arm in it, and provides a mounting hole for the bolt got a bigger bolt for the newly tapped hole, and all is well.
i also fixed my amp where the audio jacks got ripped out when the amp/box sailed across the car. i promptly mounted it securely!

No, they are heated AND they move left or right as I need them to. According to our mechanic, $297 a piece. Or, $200 shy of a **** test. Company policy is, you have an accident and the damage is $500 or more, automatic **** test. Like I need to study LOL.

Why does beer run through your quicker than water?.............
It does not have to change color on the way through!
Look at the bright side.. no test & no major damage and the truck has a clean new mirror!
