I have a couple screwdrivers that I have used for brake springs too. I like older tools the news don't seem as nice to me.

Depends really. I prefer the newer ratchets as they have finer teeth, but I like my mid-90s ones too because of them being coarse they are stronger.

Gonna change the plugs/wires on the truck today. Took one out for inspection only to find out the factory plugs are still in there. They do look good for being 50k OVER their life span though.

I got a couple parts in the mail for the GP yesterday. New NOS grills, a new hood latch release and a freshly painted radiator support bar.

I'll get some pics later.

Welp, got the new plugs and wires in. Seems to have a little more pep to it. Old plugs weren't too bad, but there was definite burning off of the electrodes.

Also, got the CB antennas mounted to the box.

I like how the box has a really low profile. Helps to keep the truck looking good. You'll love how much extra storage those things have!

Yeah, that'* why I got the low profile one. I could have gotten a box from work for almost $100 cheaper, but then it would have been fat AND chrome. Ewwww.

That'* a good point about the chrome one. They can stick out quite a bit. The black hides the box. Going down the road it'* probably hardly noticeable.

You'll get used to it. My tools shift in the trunk of my car all the time. I almost expect it anymore when taking a turn hard
