First job after the long weekend was a 2010 Equinox with the 2.4L running loud. Figures, typical loose balance shaft chain. Dug into it and the camshaft chain was just as bad. Replaced them and the damaged guides. Have it all back together, should be running shortly after I put the front cover and balancer back in!

Nothing fancy. Just something to take the strain off the stock speakers.

It'* gonna get better. Apparently I hooked the wires up to the negative wires to the stock speakers instead of the positives. (I guess the lighter colors don't mean positive LOL)

Hey man, its okay to read the manual once in awhile. While conducting business in the bathroom, give the manual a quick read when no one can see you. LOL.

But that'* where I play Angry Birds!

Bought the amp used, so no manual, and I didn't bother looking up what color wires were what when I spliced the wires. (Light blue and dark blue on the left speakers, and yellow and brown on the right)

Did some brake and fuel lines on a 99 Grand Am today, was kind of a PITA but went better than I thought it would. Got the rear brake line and fuel line kit from GM so just had to fabricate the front lines and the lines from the master to the BPMV. Had a beotch of a time bleeding it but finally got it. Just have to button up the fuse block, battery tray, battery ect in the morning and it'll be down the road again.
