Sorry to hear about all of that Jason. Were any tickets issues against the impala man?
Is Lauren ok now?
It will be interesting to hear what Honda has to say about the non deployment.
I hope you can find Lauren another more suitable car after insurance settles up.

dunno about tickets. i was all the way in westville, and she was in griffith. we were both on route 6. took me a bit to get there. lauren iss fine, just concussed from slamming her head on the wheel. progressive wants to steal the car tomorrow and take it to an unknown location to look at it. on the plus side, they are paying for a rental.... an impala. which i am not allowed to touch because we arent on the same policy.

lol. hopefully she will like the impala, thats a good safe car, good mileage, relatively cheap if you do want to buy one a few years old. you can get a lt with a 3500 about 40k for 10-12k, then she can not let you touch that one

You can get a 2012, like her rental, here for $15-17k. I think I would take the 3.6 over the 3.5L. It'* a couple less MPG, but like 80 more HP.

the 3.5 already has enough hp, i wouldnt want to give up any mileage. it already gave up 2-3 from the 3400. and that was plenty for a hwy cruiser. its not a race car. im not sure what chevy is thinking with the current impala, the people who buy them arent the type who care about power over mileage im sure

Peeled the cover back on the rear passenger side of the GXP today and put the charger on the battery. Tomorrow it and the moving pads come off and she gets fired up. Spring has sprung and it'* time for a nice bath and an appointment to get buffed.

well, with a 35mph double front end collision, if it didnt, it was a design flaw. the entire front end is tweaked. from the hood to the rad core support to suspension on both sides.
i posted a new thread so im not filling this one with giant pictures. also so i can keep a record of it all in one place.
