You may have been having what is known as "coital headaches" since you said they occur most often during sex. I took this from Taber'* Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary:
coital headache - a headache that begins suddely during coitus or immediately after orgasm. These are uncommon, occuring more frequently in men than in women and may last several minutes or hours. No significant underlying pathology exists.
A blood pressure of 140/90 mmHg (especially during pain) isn't considered high
high, but it depends on your baseline BP has been running. A resting BP of 140/90 isn't too bad for some folks. Of course, sex shouldn't be considered a "resting" activity, if you're doing it right, LOL!
