sem ting...(just a silly chinese joke...n/m) actually, cheese has the same if not worse effect since most cheeses are cured with different molds. this is definitely my weak point since i am a HUGE fan of strong, expensive cheeses. truth is, most people drink more milk more often than they eat cheese. some cheese is artificial. for example, some red baron pizzas as well as some little ceasar'* pizzas use artificial cheese. in any case, don't give up dairy totally (i almost have...but not completely) because you'll hate yourself :? in case you're wondering...i'm also a vegetarian (been one for 9 years now). um...sorry guys, this is definitely off-topic...i'll stop.

I can't drink beer anymore. Allergic to the contents
Rum is my staple. Mt Gay Extra Old is preferred (not eclipse), if you can find it. The smoothest rum I have ever tasted. But Capt. Morgan will do in a pinch.
And a Long Island once in a while. Perhaps some Tequila or perhaps Norcello for the "ahem" after dinner cordial. I keep Effen Vodka for the unruly bunch that comes around once every so often.
