Yes, I took the pictures and signed them.

The border and signature were done in photoshop. The border was a simple paint brush. For the signature, since I have a tablet for a laptop, I just made the paint brush pen sized, pulled out the pen that goes with the computer and signed the picture. There are other fairly easy ways to get your signature onto the computer if you so desire.
