Selling my rusty Silverado for some much needed cash, need it worse than the truck right now, so whats the best way to mop up the flood of tears when the new owner buys (kidnaps) my other baby?

I could have today, November and it was 85 here in OK. I doubt I actually shed tears but I have had the truck for almost 6 years and gotten kinda attached to it. Gonna be hard to let go, even if its a rusty old beater.
