Default IT'* A BONNEVILLE 99.99999999%. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

I think your right! I fit that goofy piece and it couples the bottom of the headlight assembly. IT'* NOT the front air-dam or side ground effect. It'* a perfect fit as you'll see in gallery 3. I have them all pieced together and they fit perfect. It all makes sence. Thanks for the help!!!! Doug Haber

I'm sorry, but my Bonneville (199 DOES NOT have plastic fenders. I can't speak for earlier models, but the only GM vehicles that I know of with this kind of body are Saturns, Fieros and a couple of early Gen IV Firebirds.

All 92-95 Bonnevilles have plastic fenders. I believe the 96-99'* do too. Judging by my magic book, the parts for each of the body series are EXACTLY the same price, at least for fenders. That tells me they're all plastic. Can someone with a 96-99 confirm this with a magnet? (somewhere where it won't scratch the paint).

I can tell you that my fenders are metal. The magnet says so. And it'* still a 1998.

That'* odd. I wonder what year they changed. Must've been 96. Nothing else makes sense. Anybody know anything else about this?

My understanding (from posts dating around September 2002) is that '92-'95 bodies are steel with plastic front fenders, bumper covers, and ground effects. '96-'99 bodies are steel with plastic bumber covers and ground effects--front fenders are stamped steel. My '95 has the plastic fenders, as do Buicks and Olds H-bodies of the same year (a friend'* Buick LeSabre was involved in an accident--plastic fenders). On the bright side, they are lighter and will never rust! I believe that the 2000-2003 Bonnies have aluminum hood, fenders, and A-arms. How cool is that!

Ok, so Doug is probably looking for a 92-95 SE (SE judging by the striping)? Anyone concur?

Quick Reply: IT'S A BONNEVILLE 99.99999999%. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
