In a public role, such as the Commander in Chief of the United States of America (how regal does that sound!) you will be always be watched, always scrutinized. Command of the English language is so important when addressing the world. The fact that GWB is indeed human is demonstrated in his difficulty in delivering consistantly good public addresses. He can be forgiven for verbal gaffs here and there.
The world will always bust his chops.
Now before you get all excited and yell at me or stop speaking with me over politics realize that this is not a partisan comment, only my look at public speaking in that kind of position.

He is deffinately a crappy public speaker, but her doesnt write that stuff. If you have listened to some of his speaches where he does it off of the top of his head or reactions to questions, he kicks *** at those.
Dont you think CNN is a lil partisan by focusing on what he messed up on than what the speech was about? Think about it?

Oh here we go...
People always focus on the mistakes...I dont need to "think about it" nobody really ever cares about what a person does right, only what they do wrong so that individual can be ridiculed and it makes some other idiot feel big and important for pointing it out.

Nice to see you've learned to make an educated decision based on a person'* speech patterns!
I'll vote on hairstyle. Kerry makes me puke. I think Carrot-Top has better style.

Lol, why does it always have to be political? I totally agree with the admins on this one. I consider his speaking inconsistencies to be his strong point, in actuality. Proves he'* a real person, not just some android put in the presidency as some sort of puppet so the aliens can control us...
Why can't I ever make a serious point? lol...

Well, at least he is not boring and has some "goofy" facial expressions to go with some off the wall questions he'* asked, so its not to bad to watch his speachs.
