But, if your worried about this, you better go buy a lottery ticket. Your getting to the "not significant" area.
There are bigger things to worry about. :?

As in "better chance of winning the lottery"
I don't discount that there are dangerous places to drive, especially depending on the time of day. But so far, I've heard of one 'maybe' occurance of somebody getting hurt from flashing their lights at someone. Given the number of times lights are flashed all over the country, every day, for the last 10 years (Since this legend seems to have started), do you really think it'* something to worry about?

Ohh, I think we got our lines crossed.. :? I am talking about gangs in general, whether it is a light thing, or stalking people at gas stations, i dont want to be caught off guard. Flashing lights is kinda silly, but like will, i have heard about that before.

I've used it, no problem. I've still got a bottle of the pre-ban Metabolife.
It'* not a drug. per se, but due to it being abused, it'* a non issue now....

More people die of poisoning for acetaminophen, on a per capita basis, per year, in the US. How many stories have there been on that in the last year? FDA meetings? FDA Action. None. Didn't make good TV.
Don't get me wrong, this doesn't mean I'm mad about acetaminophen. It means that I'm tired of the slanting of the reality, and what really matters. Even if there is truth to the original 'flashing headlights' topic, with so few actual cases, why even think about not flashing your headlights?
FYI...can you smell "research paper topic"? (I finished it about six months ago.)

I like people to flash lights to warn of cops ahead and I flash my lights to trucks wanting to change lanes in front of me as a courtesy that they've cleared my car. Other than that I don't flash my lights.

Our manager tried to do CPR but he was a gonner. He wasn't even a resident- he was in town visiting some friends at the community and just decided he would go for a workout after taking a couple pills that day.
Craziness. Ephedra may work- but I think it'* too risky. You never know how your body is going to react to it when it is under stress.
*insert humble opinion due to dead guy here*
And gangs? Don't get me started. It'* all about love. Fill a child'* love tank and be sure you are available to them- give them encouragement and build their self esteem. That'* half the battle. The other battle is the greed for fast money. if you teach a child integrity and to be proud in their accomplishments, they won't turn to gangs... WHERE'* MY PODIUM, I'M PREACHIN' UP IN HERE...
