Default Deer+Truck+70 mph= This (not mine)

This is the aftermath of an impact with a deer on the freeway. My uncle was driving home from his son'* house. He hit a deer at 70 mph.

He'* perfectly fine. The bags did not deploy surprisely. The driver side door won't open, the hood won't open, the antifreeze is all gone. The bed is out of whack (but very slightly)

He now wants a Saturn VUE if it'* totalled

Actually, he couldn't find the deer, so did the trooper.

It might walked away then died

The air bag didn't deploy because the bumper was untouched. The SRS deployes the bags when there'* impact to the bumper when the vehicle is going 15 MPH or more, AND the occupants are wearing their seatbelts.
