EXACTLY, glad-man.
The Valentine is a good unit, but really not suitable unless you drive for a living. The cost is too high.
You can get 2 good quality radar detectors for less money. Look at the Bel Vector Series. That'* what I have in front, and a Whistler in back. Good combination.
