Default Web site and video

I was hoping there were some tech dudes that could help me out.
I have a 10Mb web site with my broadband connection and have been trying to build it for my Bonneville. More than just a photo album, I would like to have a links page and tech section.
I would also like to add a few video clips and this is where I'm in real trouble, I dont know what I'm doing lol...............I have a clip of my first drag race win (about 15 sec long) but when I publish it the clip comes out over 15Mb? I've got to be doing something wrong........when I condense the image size it gets all choppy. I'm using a hacked copy of adobe movie maker premier 6.5.........maybe thats it?
Thanks in advance

15 seconds shuldn't be 15 Megabytes, is it an .avi file? Maybe try Mpeg, and some compression. Having a hacked program isn't the problem, and i wouldn't say it again. You could get some neat stuff up. That file should be between 1 meg and 3 or so for decent quality. You can't keep it at full res though either.
