ok heres the deal, I went by this intersecting around 10:00AM and they were installing new traffic lights.... Around 4:00PM the same day, I was driving to advanced auto parts and look at what these idiots did, yes... they faced the light the wrong way... and my taxes are going to these people... I went buy today and the light it gone

wasn't a small intersection either a 5 lane road, crossing a two lane road.... and yes people didn't know what to do, I sat there for 20 minutes... people were still going when traffic was passing buy
