how do you turn on html on in ur sig? i have the code setup for my picture to be a link, but i cant turn the html on

I think you just click on "profile" and enable html in the list of options.

BBCode is ON
Smilies are ON
its not clickable there

Always allow HTML: Yes No
and its already on there

You don't need HTML to be on to have youy picture as a link. Use the following:
