Poor, Poor GTP!(now with before pics)
Before I post some pics from tonight the driver walked away with not a scratch on him. Good thing he was not in a honda.
I had to try and lighten up a few pics so you could see them. I was sleeping in my hotel room when I got the call from Ott_Sndtek @ about 1 am ( A friend from Ottawa and a member over at MC. Not how I wanted to meet up with him on my trip. This is his room mates car, or should I say was his car and his room mates GF was in a car behind him and seen her BF wreck the car.
First point of impact
Distance from first contact to second point and final resting place
Second point of contact
The rest are misc shots in no particular order
This was mounted on his hood on the front of the scoop.

Well as the story goes he was racing a camero and supposedly the front end lifted and he lost control. He told the cops that the camero clipped his rear bumper since there was a dent in it but we think it was from a tree. By the time we got there the cops had come and gone and he was waiting for a tow truck. He didn't even get charged. His police report was put through as a hit and run. Then again who knows the camero may have clipped him, hehe.
So now it is 4 am and I am sitting in my hotel room wide awake. How the hell am I supposed to fall asleep now, LOL.

He has done alot of work to this car too. He just had it appraised earlier this week at around 26,000$. Not sure what year it was though.
Funny thing is that the tow truck couldn't pull him out and had to get a second one to show up. Mind you it was a flatbed that showed up first and a regular truck showed up after. While we waited for the second truck to show up we pulled the complete stereo out of the car. The truck driver couldn't believe how fast we pulled the full system and the fact that we had all the tools needed. The driver of the car actually installs systems and my friend that had called me actually picked up the gtp drivers work truck so all the tools needed were in there.
We were kinda laughing while doing it too. It was kinda funny. Car still stuck in the trees yet we were on this car yanking out he stereo. Kinda like extracting the driver after an accident yet this driver was fine.

Like I mentioned in the first post. I was told that he was clipped by the camero but he very well could have not been tagged by the camero and simply lost the front end. As you can tell in the pics sorta it is a curve in the road so if he was in over 100MPH ( 180 ish km/h) around a bend in the road it could have gotten light in the front. I didn't however see any marks on the road where he may have slid, just the impact with the curb.
I will try and get a pic of the road in the daytime without getting killed, hehe. It is usually very busy street and is an 80km/h(50mph) zone so people usually drive min is 90-100 km/h(55-60mph)

100mph -> 160kph
At 160kph I don't see how the front end could "lift" up too much, unless they hit a bump/dip in the road.
I would say either he just simply lost control of the car, or he was actually tapped.
160kph is fast, but not crazy omg stupid fast, esp for a highway. Tough to say.... I would be looking for paint swapping marks.
