Look for a machine shop around you that does CAD milling or water jetting. Either way'* going to be a bit pricy. Or do an internet search for custom emblems. Quite a few out there catering to clubs and organizations.

Google it under, "Custom emblems", a ton will come back at ya. But looking at the graphic, are you looking for a metal one, or a decal? In that case search "custom decal". Alot of that on the net also. All they need is a jpeg/bmp/gif or png of the image.

Naw the decals these days are all computer generated. Why you need the pic in a file. But still it would look cheap. I could carve one for ya'* out of wood.???
