I keep coming in here to catch up on the posts. You are all such wonderful people. The first time Chad showed me this site I was skeptical until I got myself a Bonnie and popped in one time and signed up. I started keeping up on all the posts and soon found out what all the hype was about. I cry now when i sign on and start reading everything everyone has written in here but this is also the only group of friends left for me to talk to that are closer to Chad. I know he spent a great deal of his time in here while he was home and while he was over there. He used to come over to my house sometimes and jump on the computer and tell me he'd be just a minute and end up spending a couple hours running around in here on BC. I believe his time spent alive was well used, not alot of people can say they've done what Chad has. But like that song said that Custom posted, Chad'* work on earth is done now. He can rest easy... he truly is the only hero I know personally. I want to thank those of you who are sending cards to his family and those of you who have kept his family in your prayers. Someday we will all meet up with him and drive the best of the best on the highway in heaven! Thank you all so much again. You're the best.

I never knew Chad Personaly, and we only posted in a small number of the same threads, but i alwas read his post because he always had something good to say.
He one one oh the eleat members here that really stood out amoungst the crowd for all the good he did.
I still cant beleave how choked up im getting when reading the threads about him and all the good thing other have to say about him, I can only imaging how hard it is for you to come here, So your the one that should be thanked for being strong enough to come here and talk to use.
Thank You!
and God Bless

Melissa your going to make a grown man cry. Chad embodied what a lot of us aspire to be, courageous, strong, patriotic, considerate and kind.
The world needs more people like Chad.
Your family here, so is Chad and that is why this tragedy has affected many of us.

The next time you see a soldier, shake his hand, buy him/her lunch, hold the door for them. These kids are selflessly enduring a tough, low paying, dangerious job. Any appriciation they get I'm sure will be greatly enjoyed. Thinking about this more, freedom is not free. While we go about our lives, there are people like Chad that make it possible for me to live free, and for my sons to be safe. That'* no light task. Thank you Chad. If your reading this now, thank you for all you've done.
