I pride myself in not being a statistic. I mean, how many (almost) 20 year old women do you know who have NEVER been on a diet, and have never needed to be??? I have a little extra fluff, but I keep a steady weight and am very strong. I have low cholesterol, and blood pressure on the low end of normal. Fit as a fiddle
