seen a site once taht sucessfully loaded Linux on an xbox by modding it...

I've already replaced the CD-ROM drive in mine and i'm saving up to put a pogo pin mod chip inside as well. Man, that'* gonna be so sweet. If there'* anything i can help with, let me know.
