The house looks like it needs some work, but overall I dont think its that bad. Maybe some updating....Oh and go buy some Laundry baskets. lol

Not a bad place. Needs some attention, but overall it'* nice!

Could use a little touch-up in the organizational deparment, though!

There are so many fabulous architectural details in that home. Do your best to hilight those classical features, houses are not built like that anymore.

Do me a favour and get rid of the drop ceiling, acoustic ceiling tiles do NOT belong in houses, basements....maybe...MAYBE, but no where else.

Elevator?

yeah it has a real working electric 220v elavator that holds 500 pounds max and goes from mthe kitchen to the basement.. the old owners son became paralized and they moved him into the basement.
